The first degree course based on "Cook the Mountain", my sustainable philosophy.

Would you like to acquire the knowledge to work in the world of food and wine? Do you care about environmental sustainability?

Discover the first trilingual degree course in collaboration with the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano and based on the principles of my philosophy, which provides you with the skills to enter the mountain food and wine sector.

 

 

It is an innovative and multidisciplinary course, which was created with the aim of training experts capable of elevating food to the status of culture and giving it a new identity, investigating the relationship between production, product, territory and consumption.

I will also be in the chair, together with various professionals in the sector.

The course approach is both theoretical and practical: in addition to lectures, there will be activities with producers, workshops, kitchen experiences with internationally renowned personalities and an internship at AlpiNN - Food Space & Restaurant, the "home of Cook the Mountain" at Plan de Corones.
